YEIDA is preparing two new residential plot schemes in Sector 5-A, close to Noida International Airport: a Low-Income Group (LIG) scheme offering 40 sq m plots, and a General Category scheme with plots ranging from 162 to 300 sq m. Both are expected to launch during the coming festive season, though exact dates have not yet been announced.
Eligibility carries a first-time-buyer restriction: anyone already allotted a unit under a previous YEIDA, Noida Authority or Greater Noida Authority scheme will be excluded. The Authority is framing the launch as building on strong demand from its previous scheme, helped by the airport’s now-operational status and the broader Jewar micro-market’s momentum.
For plot buyers, this is a “get ready” rather than “apply now” moment – worth tracking YEIDA’s festive-season calendar and lining up eligibility and paperwork, but with dates still pending, treat it as one to watch rather than act on today.
