The timing is the story. Sector 150 has just turned a corner: the five-year Sports City registry ban was lifted in January 2026, and top builders are now lining up launches, with roughly 14 premium launches expected over the next year. Sector 150 remains the least dense sector in Noida — a green, sports-oriented address on the Noida Expressway. ACE's own track record here is the strongest argument for the corridor: ACE Parkway launched at around ₹5,000 per sq ft and today trades near ₹16,000 per sq ft.

The project sits on a 14.5-acre land parcel in Block B, Sector 150, with 11 towers and roughly 800 units — about 55 units per acre, which is genuinely low density. Configurations are spacious: 3 BHK at approximately 1,900 sq ft, 4 BHK at approximately 2,600 sq ft, and a larger 4 BHK of about 4,400 sq ft with only two units per floor. The layouts are a clear step up from the original ACE Parkway product.

On pricing, expected pre-launch BSP is around ₹16,995 per sq ft, which works out to roughly ₹18,500 per sq ft all-inclusive — putting a 3 BHK at approximately ₹3.5 Crore all-in. RERA has been applied for, with approval and allotment expected around 10 August 2026. Every number here is tentative until RERA is granted, so verify before booking.
