The ninth edition of the Pune Mega Home Buying Festival, organised by Aquarius Ventures, runs on August 29-30 simultaneously at Radisson Blu Kharadi (East Pune) and Hotel Tip Top International, Wakad (West Pune). It will feature 50+ developers and 150+ residential and commercial projects.
The previous edition reportedly drew over 3,600 families, and this one is timed just ahead of Ganesh Utsav – traditionally a strong home-buying season in Pune.
If you are house-hunting in East or West Pune, an expo like this is a fast way to compare many projects in one place. A tip to use it well: go in with your budget and shortlist of locations fixed, ask each developer for the RERA number, possession date and all-in price (not just the base rate), and treat expo-day offers as a starting point for diligence rather than a reason to rush.
