Godrej Golf Links fee dispute stays unresolved as High Court remands tribunal order

The long-running dispute at the 100-acre Godrej Golf Links township in Sector 27, Greater Noida remains unresolved. In December 2025, the UP Real Estate Appellate Tribunal had ruled that promoter AR Landcraft LLP (linked to the Godrej Group) engaged in “unfair, deceptive and fraudulent” practices – citing mandatory club and golf fees (about Rs 100 crore collected) allegedly misrepresented as optional, area discrepancies, and land excluded from the conveyance.

The new development: in January 2026, the Allahabad High Court set aside that tribunal judgment on procedural grounds (improper bench composition) and remanded the matter for a fresh hearing. In other words, the tribunal’s findings no longer stand as they were, and the case is live and undecided again.

For buyers, the takeaway is process, not verdict: whatever the eventual outcome, read every clause before you sign – especially on club or golf memberships and exactly which land is included in your conveyance deed. Even with a well-known brand, the fine print is where disputes like this tend to start.
