Godrej and VRC add Rs 666 crore of Sector 151 land in a Noida auction round

In a Noida Authority e-auction, VRC Construction won a Sector 151 residential parcel for Rs 334.21 crore and Godrej Properties won a second, smaller Sector 151 parcel for Rs 331.75 crore – a combined Rs 666 crore. It was part of a run of Noida-belt land wins that saw multiple developers competing for the same sectors.

Repeated e-auction wins at strong prices tell you developers see room to build and sell profitably here – a bottom-up vote of confidence in Sector 151 and the Sports City belt.

For buyers, active developer competition usually means more choice of new launches ahead, but also firmer land costs that feed into pricing. Weigh future projects here on their own approvals and rates when they launch.
