Gaurs Group has launched Gaur Alaris, a luxury residential project on an 11.8-acre parcel in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway, close to Noida International Airport. The project comprises roughly 1,088 apartments in the 1,500-2,000 sq ft mid-to-premium range.
The amenities are pitched firmly at the premium buyer: a clubhouse exceeding 100,000 sq ft, nearly 8 acres of landscaped greens, and more than 65 planned leisure amenities. Architecture is by Hafeez Contractor, built around a peacock-inspired Art Deco theme. The company is targeting Rs 1,900 crore in sales realisation from the launch.
CMD Manoj Gaur pointed to continued premium-segment demand, while Director Sarthak Gaur tied the launch directly to improving Yamuna Expressway connectivity and infrastructure momentum – squarely the “why buy here now” narrative the corridor has been building since work on the Jewar airport gathered pace.
For buyers, this is the first genuinely new large launch on the corridor in several weeks. As with any launch-phase pricing, it is worth weighing the introductory offer against how the micro-market and airport timelines actually play out early entry can reward buyers, but mainly where connectivity and delivery keep pace with the promise.
