Citycon Infratech pays Rs 300 crore for 13.22 acres in Mundhwa

Citycon Infratech LLP bought around 13.22 acres in Mundhwa from members of the Irani family for Rs 300 crore, in a deal registered in late February and reported a month later. Amar Builders’ broader portfolio spans residential, commercial, IT, hospitality and healthcare.

East Pune pockets like Mundhwa have become actively traded ground, and a large local-developer purchase points to continued confidence in the area’s development pipeline.

For buyers, more developer activity usually means more supply and choice ahead in the corridor. Judge any future project here on its own approvals, pricing and delivery, and verify land title before buying in fast-changing pockets.
