It surpassed every other single-building lease reported in Pune this year.
A whole-building lease of this size cements Kharadi as Pune’s premier large-format commercial address, and shows global occupiers are willing to commit a decade of rent to the corridor.
For buyers, anchor leases of this scale underpin long-term office demand around Kharadi, which supports nearby housing and rental markets. It is a strong commercial-health signal for the eastern corridor.
