It followed with a second Pune commitment of about Rs 355 crore for 3.45 lakh sq ft at Wakad. Combined, its 2026 Pune office commitment crossed Rs 680 crore.
One global company signing twice in a single year reads as a far stronger confidence signal than either lease alone – a sustained bet on Pune as a delivery hub.
For buyers, large GCC leases translate over time into jobs and steady housing and rental demand around Baner, Wakad and the wider west-Pune belt. Treat it as a healthy structural signal for those corridors.
