Saraansh Verdict: For the first time I’m going to be this vocal and pushy about a project: as an end-user, an investor or a trader, Experion Saatori is a must-buy. My stance is usually defensive, and I passed on Experion Elements because I found the location poor — but here Experion has hit the bull’s eye. It is a genuinely low-density plan: only three towers and about 418 homes on five acres, with sensible 2,100–3,200 sq.ft sizes that keep ticket prices reachable while delivering real luxury — Italian marble, modular kitchen, full air-conditioning and Mivan construction, all at around Rs 17,000 per sq.ft all-inclusive. If your budget allows, buy the 3,200 sq.ft 4 BHK without a doubt; in 3 BHK I would prefer the 2,100 sq.ft over the 2,600. The Singapore-backed FDI pedigree, the staggered 5%+5% payment plan and mid-2030 possession make it strong for investors too. I am buying a unit myself — and so should you.
