DASNAC Yuva is a LEED Platinum-rated, 33-storey pure-commercial landmark by Dasnac at Plot A-2, Sector 124, on the Noida Expressway, one of the most prime arteries of Delhi NCR, equidistant from both airports and close to metro connectivity. Built on 1.85 acres, it is a single tower given a distinctive half-open-book shape, and it combines high-street retail, a food court, a recreational club, a banquet, studio apartments and offices in one vertical mixed-use address.

The floor stack runs retail on the ground and first floors (double-height, 20 ft), a food court on the second, a club on the third and a banquet on the fourth, with studio apartments from the 6th to the 27th floor and offices from the 28th to the 33rd.
