ACE Hive

ACE Hive is the commercial and lifestyle hub within ACE Group’s 100 acre township at Sector 22A on the Yamuna Expressway. The township is planned as a self sufficient ecosystem across three components: ACE Acreville, a premium plotted development; ACE Verde, the residential enclave; and ACE Hive, the commercial and lifestyle destination that serves both.

ACE Hive holds over 375 high street retail outlets laid out vertically, with flagship ready retail across two grand floors, a central retail atrium, retail walkways and promenades mixing global brands with boutique labels. Themed restaurants, lively food courts and immersive multi level entertainment zones sit alongside the retail.

Above the commercial base rise 11 floors holding 491 smartly designed business suites, at 45 apartments per floor. These are professionally managed by Sarovar Hotels, which acts as the hospitality operator for the designated hospitality areas. The suites have a dedicated club with a cafeteria, gym and yoga spaces, and the development is topped by a scenic rooftop deck with a pool and seating.

The Yamuna Expressway location puts the project close to a cluster of large infrastructure projects: the Buddh International Circuit, India’s 5.14 km racing arena with 16 corners; Noida International Airport at Jewar across 7,200 acres; a 1,100 acre sporting landmark planned in Sector 22; and a 1,000 acre film city in Sector 21, YEIDA. The project land of 20,243 sq m was allotted by YEIDA to Three C Homes Private Limited, building plans were approved on 24 December 2024, and the project is registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ939595/03/2025 with a launch date of 25 March 2025.
