ACE Edit

ACE Edit is a mixed use commercial development by ACE Group at Commercial Centre C-1, Plot No. TS-1B, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway. It spans approximately 3.4 acres, that is 13,770.97 sq m, rising to 15 floors, and combines modern retail space, an F&B street and 293 studio suites in one scheme.

The intent is a single destination where shopping, dining, entertainment and living sit together. Retail is laid out as street facing promenades rather than an enclosed mall format, with an F&B street running through it and al fresco dining under open skies. Above the retail base sit the studio apartments, which give the development an occupied base through the night, something that matters on a corridor still building its resident population.

Amenities are led by a terrace swimming pool, an expansive clubhouse, a gym, and a yoga and meditation space. The rooftop club opens onto open skies with quiet seating corners.

Sector 22D sits on the Yamuna Expressway alongside the region’s largest infrastructure projects: the Buddh International Circuit, India’s 5.14 km racing arena with 16 high speed corners; Noida International Airport at Jewar across 7,200 acres; a 1,100 acre sporting landmark planned in Sector 22; and a 1,000 acre film city in Sector 21, YEIDA.

The land was allotted by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority to Logix Buildtech Private Limited, building plans were approved on 27 May 2025, and the project is registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ467686/09/2025 with a launch date of 11 September 2025.
