ACE 153

ACE 153 is a mixed use commercial development by ACE Group at Plot No. A-107, Sector 153, Noida, positioned along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. It brings together high street retail, office space and an F&B pavilion in a single business district, built across roughly 88,000 sq m on a plot of 20,000 sq m.

The scheme is arranged as two office towers, Tower 1 at G+21 and Tower 2 at G+20, alongside three retail blocks of G+2, over two basement levels.
