Supertech's Final Stand: Why Projects Are Stuck and Can They Be Saved?

Supertech founder RK Arora comes on a real estate podcast for the first time and we ask every question that Noida's 14,000+ home buyers have been waiting to ask. This podcast happened because RK Arora himself called us after our 22 September 2026 video "Rise & Fall of Supertech" and asked for a chance to put forward his side of the story.

About This Video

Supertech founder RK Arora comes on a real estate podcast for the first time and we ask every question that Noida's 14,000+ home buyers have been waiting to ask. This podcast happened because RK Arora himself called us after our 22 September 2026 video "Rise & Fall of Supertech" and asked for a chance to put forward his side of the story.

In this interview we start with the Twin Towers and Emerald Court the green belt question, the 9 meter vs 16 meter fire-safety rule, and the Supreme Court judgment. RK Arora then explains his resolution plan, laying out a quarter-wise, flat-wise delivery timeline for projects like Supertech Capetown (Sector 74), Supertech Romano and Meerut Sports City. On the registry problems in delivered projects, he names Supertech Ecociti Sector 137 and Eco Village. On Supernova, we question him tower by tower — Spira, Astralis, Hypernova and the unlaunched Queen Tower and ask why it is still only 80% complete. He points to Doon Square, Dehradun as the one project that was finished even during insolvency.

Then come the biggest questions the insolvency, why NBCC was handed 16 stalled projects, whether NBCC is a takeover or only a PMC (Project Management Consultant), and the statement from RK Arora that could worry every home buyer in India. This is Supertech latest news and a Noida real estate update, all in one place you decide who is right.

CHAPTERS 00:00 Why RK Arora called us the podcast begins ? 03:27 Twin Towers green belt, the 9m vs 16m rule & the Supreme Court 08:50 The real reason Supertech fell NGT, farmers & "vision or greed?" 15:52 Supernova Spira, Astralis, Hypernova & Queen Tower 20:55 Insolvency & the Resolution Plan — Capetown, Romano, registry issues 35:40 NBCC: takeover or just a PMC? Funding, Amicus & the Committee 55:50 "Nothing for 10 years" — RK's statement & final appeal This is also a wake-up call for every home buyer: the Supertech story sits alongside other stalled housing projects in India like Amrapali, Jaypee and Unitech and it shows why checking a builder's RERA status, sanctioned plan and NCLT/insolvency record before you pay is the smartest thing you can do.
