Suraksha Group confirmed a Rs 3,000 crore investment over about two years to complete the stalled Jaypee Wish Town homes, targeting the remaining units by 2028. Of roughly 20,000 total homes owed to buyers, 84 towers (7,913 units) have been completed since the 2024 takeover, with around 5,000 units already handed over. The company plans to fund completion through customer receivables, roughly Rs 500 crore a year in Yamuna Expressway toll income, and sales of unsold units – and separately unveiled three new townships across 450-plus acres (City of Ganges, Yamuna Smart City and the industrial Enterprise City).
For the thousands of families caught in the Jaypee saga, a funded, dated completion plan – with towers already being handed over – is the most meaningful kind of progress.
For affected buyers, track whether your specific tower is in the current completion phase and stay on top of possession and registry updates. For the wider market, steady delivery of long-stuck inventory is a real confidence-builder for Noida and the Yamuna Expressway belt.
